Breah is the Founder and CEO of Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency, Mississippi’s premier Nanny and household staffing firm serving executives, physicians, and high-capacity families.
With more than 15 years dedicated to serving children and families, Breah’s career has been immersed in the very profession she leads today.
Before founding Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency, she served as a Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist, Infant Sleep Consultant, Travel Nanny, Household Manager, and Family Assistant.
Through those experiences, she gained firsthand insight into the level of trust families place in the professionals they welcome into their homes, the realities of balancing family life alongside demanding careers and responsibilities, and the profound impact the right support can have on a family.
Having personally worked in the roles she now places, Breah understands that successful placements are about far more than filling a position. They’re about creating partnerships that become a foundation of support, strengthening the family as a whole.
Before launching Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency, Breah originally planned to pursue Pediatric Dentistry while attending The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Yet through every season of her journey, one thing remained constant: children and families were always at the center of the work God was leading her toward.
As she spent years working closely alongside families, she began to recognize a significant gap within Mississippi’s Nanny industry. There was a growing demand for professional, high-quality in-home childcare and household support, but there was also a lack of education, advocacy, and professionalism surrounding the Nanny profession itself.
That realization ultimately became the catalyst for Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency.
Breah is also the Founder of the Mississippi Nanny Network, a statewide initiative created to connect, support, and strengthen Mississippi’s community of professional Nannies. What began as a desire to address gaps she witnessed within the industry has grown into a space where Nannies can learn, grow, build relationships, and find community within a profession that can often feel isolating.
Above all, Breah’s desire is for Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency to be a reflection of God’s faithfulness, love, and goodness through every child cared for and every family served.
Because at the heart of Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency is a deeply held belief that children are not only precious, but Heaven’s reflection on Earth.
