Hereβs Our Minimum REQUIREMENTS:
18 years of age or older
Valid Driverβs License/Valid State Issued I.D.
Fluent in English
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience
A minimum of 3 professional childcare references
Valid Driverβs license and safe driving record
Valid Auto Insurance
Pass our comprehensive screening process, which includes sexual misconduct screening, social media checks, reference verifications, and criminal and motor vehicle driving record background checks.
Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain BEFORE working with our agency)
Successfully complete multi-level interviews with our team
Passion & Love for ALL children
